Meet The Team
Ron J. Weis, President and Owner
Ron Weis, a devoted husband to Shelley and proud father of four, grew up in South Omaha, where he developed a strong work ethic from an early age. He attended Gross High School and later received his degree from Bellevue University where he played on their baseball team. Immersed in the construction industry alongside his family, he gained hands-on experience roofing houses, tending brick, and framing homes. This early foundation instilled in him the values of hard work, integrity, and the importance of building strong relationships—principles that have guided his career for over three decades in the commercial construction industry.
Throughout his professional journey, Ron has held key leadership roles, including Vice President & Director of Preconstruction/Business Development, Preconstruction Manager, and Estimator for two Omaha-based construction firms. His extensive experience and deep industry knowledge have made him a trusted leader in the field. Ron firmly believes that success comes from dedication, treating people fairly, and surrounding oneself with great individuals—values that continue to shape both his professional and personal life.
Trent R. Gumm, Executive Vice President
Trent Gumm, husband to Amy and proud father of two, grew up in Columbus, NE, where he developed a passion for construction and teamwork. He attended the University of Nebraska, majoring in Construction Management while also playing for the university’s football team. His time on the field reinforced the values of discipline, leadership, and perseverance—qualities that would serve him well in his professional career.
Trent’s professional career took him to Denver, Chicago and Las Vegas, where he built a successful career in the commercial construction industry. He has been involved in numerous high-profile projects, including world-class casinos, major sports stadiums, and large-scale commercial and retail developments. His extensive experience and dedication to excellence have made him a respected leader in the field, always striving to deliver high-quality projects while fostering strong industry relationships.
Celia Torres
Celia Torres is a proud South Omaha native who is passionate about the construction industry. She graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Construction Management, building on a foundation of hard work and dedication that began at Bryan High School. Growing up with her parents and three brothers, Celia developed a deep appreciation for being part of a team and dedication to family, friends, and the community —qualities that have served her well in her career. Her experience includes internships with two of Omaha’s leading contractors, where she gained hands-on knowledge in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Now working directly with customers from budgeting through construction, Celia takes pride in helping Owners bring their visions to life. She understands that every project is more than just a structure; it reflects her client’s goals and aspirations. With a commitment to clear communication and a customer-focused approach, Celia handles every detail carefully, making the construction process as smooth and rewarding as possible. Her dedication to quality and collaboration makes her a trusted partner in turning dreams into reality.
